'Twas this very day/night last year that we closed on our house in Amarillo and hit the road to Colorado Springs.
Perhaps this occasion isn't one that all our friends and family are likely to celebrate...but let us rejoice when we consider that TJ, Robin and Ginny are all still alive, breathing and functioning in spite of the distance!
And while we (desperately) miss being close to our families, I am so grateful for the friends, opportunities and "growth" BJ and I have encountered and experienced this past year. C'mon... ya can't blame us for loving it here!

Anyway, I can't believe it's been a WHOLE YEAR. And I haven't been to visit yet. Yikes! Time flies!
